Physics: In JEE Main, the level of the questions in Physics generally varies from Knowledge Difficult to Application Difficult. Major chunk of the questions is based on Understanding Easy to Application Difficult Level. Every year, Physics is generally the toughest paper to attempt in JEE Main.
Mathematics: In JEE Main, the level of the questions in Mathematics generally varies from Knowledge Medium to HOTs Easy. Major chunk of the questions is based on Knowledge Difficult to Application Difficult Level. There is competition between Physics and Mathematics papers, for which to be the toughest paper to attempt in JEE Main. Sometimes, Mathematics papers are lengthy, so you have to work your way out.
